Henna (aka mehndi) is a traditional body art native to many cultures/regions including India, the Middle East and North Africa. While initially a ceremonial tradition (most commonly for weddings), it has come to be a cherished way to mark any special occasion … or simply “just because”.
What makes any event or time in our lives special? Simply put, it is the meaning it holds for us personally, whether a group experience or an individual accomplishment.
